How on-location works
Booking begins with a phone or online consultation to confirm the requested service(s), the location, and arrival window. We treat each House Call as a dedicated appointment; stylist arrival depends on local traffic and event schedules. A $500 travel fee is required and will be added to the final invoice; service charges remain separate.
On-location visits bring the stylist to your home, hotel, or private venue in Los Angeles neighborhoods we serve. Services available are the selected service(s) you choose at booking — we do not change included services on arrival. Evening and weekend appointments accommodate entertainment professionals and pre-show timing near Hollywood venues.
Scheduling and timing details
Our standard on-location session is listed as 480 MINUTES in our booking system to allow travel, setup, service, and wrap-up. That window helps ensure your stylist can arrive, prepare, and complete the chosen service(s) without rushing. Exact on-site time depends on the service complexity and guest count.
Peak demand occurs in May, Jun, Nov, and Dec because of wedding season, graduations, and holiday events. For those months, book as early as possible; Hollywood-area traffic and event schedules make same-week availability limited. We plan around local transit routes like the Hollywood/Highland corridor to optimize arrival windows.
Preparing a functional service space
A clear, well-lit area with comfortable seating helps the stylist work efficiently; access to a bathroom and a nearby sink can be useful for water needs. We bring what is needed for the selected service(s), but tight or cluttered spaces increase setup time and may reduce available working room.
Consider neighborhood logistics when planning arrival times — Hollywood's La Brea corridor and the Hollywood/Highland area experience heavier traffic during commute and event hours. If you are near public transit or have event timing constraints, tell us at booking so we can set an arrival buffer that respects your schedule.
